"In The Name of Science"

The challenge was announced. Whoever uses their knowledge of physics to drop the egg as close as possible onto moving Mrs. Hostetter (bonus points if it hits her) from the second story classroom window wins. 












The students had to calculate the exact time when to drop the egg onto Mrs. Hostetter's head, as the person dropping the egg wasn't allowed to look out of the window.  

Students only had a couple of days to prepare for the project. This fun activity tested students' knowledge of physics and their group interaction. The pair whose egg landed closest to Mrs. Hostetter was Ruslan and Adam.
